IMPORTANT PHISHING SCAM INFORMATION
Commencement Bank has received several recent reports of phishing scams involving the use of cell phone text messages and automated voice messages.

The messages, much like the ones delivered through spam e-mail warn the recipient that their account has been closed or compromised and provides them with a telephone number to call.  Recipients who call the number are then told to enter personal information such as their account number and PIN.  This information is then used to facilitate fraudulent transactions.  Commencement Bank will never request your account number and PIN.  We encourage you to use diligence when confronted with any request to divulge financial information.
