Please note that all account-specific information such as balances, account names, transaction history, eStatements, bill pay, and payee information will automatically transfer to your new app. Once you have successfully downloaded the new app, you may log in immediately using your existing online banking username and password.

For additional security, the app will prompt you through a multi-factor authentication process. You will have the option to receive a call or text with a verification code. You may also be prompted to read and accept the Terms and Conditions. The new and enhanced features such as login methods (fingerprint, pin, and password), security and text alerts, and display criteria can be set up using the settings menu within the app.

Installing the Mobile App

The mobile app is available in the App Store (iPhone/iPad) and Google Play (Android). For your initial login, please use your existing online banking username and password. Below is a brief video to help you download the new mobile app and complete your first login.

Multiple Login Options

The new mobile app offers several login methods. In the video below, you will see how to access the different methods and set up the option that's most convenient for you!

Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile deposit is available and easier than ever! To get started, watch the brief tutorial below.

Card On/Off Feature

One of our new features is Card On/Off which allows you to temporarily freeze your debit card in case it is misplaced.

Please note that this is a temporary solution and will not replace your card in the event that it is permanently lost or stolen. On some devices, your card may not appear the first time you select Manage Cards. To establish the connection to your card, please close out of the app and sign back in. Now when you click on Manage Cards, your card should show. This will only need to be done once. To learn more, please watch the brief tutorial below.
